You could say that helping people live better naturally is in Heather Wilson’s genes. She’s not only the daughter of a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Herbology, and the sister of a celebrity nutritionist. She’s a holistic nutritionist in her own right, with 25 years’ experience in the nutraceuticals industry. As co-founder of East West Essentials and Optimal Cleanse, she spearheaded a line of targeted supplements used by Jennifer Lopez, Cher, Ryan Reynolds, Reese Witherspoon and top performers from all walks of life.

But as Heather saw it, nothing held the promise of CBD, with its wide-ranging, research-backed, therapeutic effects. And when the 2018 Farm Bill removed restrictions on hemp-derived CBD, her future became clear.

Of course, being an industry pioneer is no cakewalk. But Heather credits the passion, expertise and sacrifice of the entire Nevada Crest Farms team for bringing her vision to life.
